By From page A3 | April 02, 2013

A Woodland woman was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after her car struck a West Davis house Sunday night.

Davis police Lt. Glenn Glasgow said 25-year-old Karlisa Jo Chavarria was at the wheel of a car that struck the corner of a garage in the 1100 block of Cabot Street and came to rest in the front yard. The house sustained minor damage in the 10:30 p.m. incident.

Chavarria, who according to Glasgow was determined to be under the influence of alcohol, was medically cleared at Sutter Davis Hospital before being lodged at the Yolo County Jail.
