By From page A3 | November 15, 2012

Davis police arrested a 22-year-old man Monday morning after a resident reported finding him tampering with vehicles.

Lt. Glenn Glasgow said the call came at 8 a.m. from a resident of Guava Lane who reported seeing a man looking into cars. Officers arrived to find a man matching the suspect’s description who fled when police drove up on the scene.

Kenneth Holck of Davis was caught in the 1400 block of Wake Forest Drive and arrested on suspicion of vehicle tampering, resisting arrest and on an outstanding warrant, Glasgow said. He was lodged at the Yolo County Jail after he and an officer were treated for minor injuries stemming from the foot chase.
