Davis pursuit suspect arrested

By From page A2 | October 24, 2013

A Lodi man who led Davis police on a vehicle pursuit last week was taken into custody Tuesday night in West Sacramento.

Gabriel Kruse, 42, was arrested on a warrant stemming from the Oct. 15 chase, which began on westbound Interstate 80 and ended on Olive Drive when Kruse crashed into a parked car. He then ran into an apartment complex, where police lost sight of him.

Kruse was lodged at the Yolo County Jail on the outstanding warrant, which charges him with felony evading and burglary. Davis police Lt. Glenn Glasgow said Kruse faces additional counts of possessing stolen property and being a felon in possession of ammunition in connection with items allegedly found in his abandoned vehicle.
