Dixon men face burglary charges

By From page A2 | January 28, 2014

Davis police arrested two Dixon men early Monday on burglary and stolen-property charges.

Lt. Glenn Glasgow said officers were summoned at about 2:25 a.m. to an apartment complex in the 2400 block of Moore Boulevard regarding a report of “two suspicious people looking into vehicles.” Arriving officers saw a car leaving the area and performed a vehicle stop.

“During the investigation, officers determined that the driver of the vehicle had been driving while under the influence of alcohol,” Glasgow said. Police arrested the driver, and a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed property that had been taken in a car burglary on Moore Boulevard, he added.

Kyle Laurence Duncan, 22, and Christopher Matthew Bowers, 19, were lodged at the Yolo County Jail on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy and possessing stolen property.
