I witnessed an SUV on fire. I pulled up and together with another good samaritan pulled a guy away from the fully engulfed SUV, who is passed outside, near the passenger side. I was just wondering if this is the same incident. The guy came to afterwards but seems confused. He can’t tell if he is the driver or not. I am just curious if there are others who was hurt since I can’t tell if someone else is left in the SUV before I left the scene and endorsed the guy to the paramedics and police.
