		<description><![CDATA[By coincidence, I was in the central Davis fire station on Tuesday afternoon when the Davis crew was just about to leave for the Rim fire. I was told their principal duty would be to protect the helicopters and helipad(s), which are continually flying over and pouring water on the fire. The fear is that the helicopter refueling stations are in danger of being consumed by the larger fire--hence the need for crews like the one from Davis to protect those zones.]]></description>
