Davis police arrested a 35-year-old Elk Grove man last week in connection with a September burglary at Hanlees Nissan on Chiles Road.

Sgt. Mike Munoz said an investigation into the Sept. 9 incident led them to Jason Anthony Breen, whose home on Sharlo Court in Elk Grove was the subject of a search warrant last Wednesday. Breen was taken into custody on suspicion of burglary and lodged at the Yolo County Jail.

One of the items taken in the burglary was a Nissan Armada sport-utility vehicle, which was recovered several days later in south Sacramento, according to Munoz.

During last week’s search, officers also came upon drugs and a methamphetamine lab, prompting a call to the Yolo County Narcotic Enforcement Team for a follow-up investigation, Munoz said.
