Davis police have released a surveillance photo of the suspect in last week’s robbery of a Verizon store at Davis Commons.

Investigtors are still seeking the identity of the robber, described as a white male adult, about 5-foot-11 and 215 pounds, with short light-brown hair and an unshaven face. He was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt with a white skull and World War II helmet design on the front, blue jeans, and blue and white sneakers.

Davis police Lt. Glenn Glasgow said the suspect entered the business at 500 First St. at about 7 p.m. Feb. 11, asked to see some merchandise and began removing items from a storage cabinet as a clerk carried out the request. He alluded to being armed, but no weapon was seen.

Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call the Davis Police Department at 530-747-5400.
