Davis police arrested a local man after he allegedly threatened his estranged wife and two other people with a gun Friday night.

Sgt. Mike Munoz said officers were summoned at 9:10 p.m. to the 500 block of 12th Street, where the estranged wife had gone with two family members to pick up a child. An argument ensued, during which the suspect allegedly threatened the victims while displaying a handgun.

Police arrested Aaron Lambrecht, 32, on suspicion of making threats and assault with a firearm, Munoz said. He was lodged at the Yolo County Jail.
