Unidentified man approaches juveniles in Woodland school parking lot

The Woodland Police Department responded to a suspicious circumstance Friday when a man in a silver pickup truck approached three juveniles in the front parking lot of Lee Middle School.

After being asked to approach the truck, the three boys, ages 11 to 12, walked away from the vehicle and the man drove away southbound on West Street.

“The man was described as a white male in his 40s, with a medium build, blond or light brown spiked hair, a goatee, eyeglasses, wearing a blue short-sleeved button-up shirt with a patch on the right chest,” the Woodland PD press release said.

The vehicle was described as a silver four-door Chevrolet Silverado with lightly tinted windows and running boards.
