How times have changed. I attended my first WEF in 1976, and for a few years into the 1980s, it was always a peaceful event. Then came the dark ages which, apparently, continue to this day.
I’m not saying it’s all bad. Far from it in fact. But the values of many of the attendees certainly have changed. I won’t be back for any future events.

Niels – true. In that case Picnic day and Whole Earth must be void of DJ, techno pits, etc. that attract out of town partiers, especially since that isn’t the focus of these two Davis events.

Has no one taken notice to the fact that the suspects are all from Woodland?
2010 picnic day. 38 of the 40 arrests were precipitated by people from outside of davis, primary Woodland…

This point needs to take precedence over all else.
