A Davis man was arrested for domestic battery and false imprisonment Friday at his apartment on the 500 block of Oxford Cir.

Ralph Gaoiran Puzon, 20, physically assaulted his girlfriend in their apartment and held her against her will Thursday. The day after the incident the girlfriend left their apartment, went to the police station and filed the report.

Police officers were then dispatched to the apartment where they made contact and arrested Puzon. He was later booked in Yolo County Jail.
