Demolition time

A mechanical claw is ready to gobble up more of the former Phi Delta Theta fraternity house at Third and C streets, across from Central Park, on Monday morning. The existing building and outbuilding are being demolished and will be replaced with a two-story, 19-bed fraternity house with parking for seven cars and 26 bicycles. The new building will cover more than 5,300 square feet.
