Area residents got their fill of fish, birds and sunshine during Duck Days on Saturday. The annual festival celebrates the wetlands and wildlife in the region. Winston Spiller, 2, of Davis, took time to look at the fish in a special mobile aquarium. The fish were caught in the Delta on Friday. Several field trips were conducted throughout the day, including one by Jeff Stoddard, the senior environmental scientist for the Department of Fish and Wildlife, through Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area.
