Exhibit open to local artists

“Slice: A Juried Cross-section of Regional Art” is looking to showcase the best in art in all media by artists in California.

The juried art exhibit will be on display at the Pence Gallery from June 8 to July 8.

There are no size restrictions, and the entry fee is $35 — $30 for Pence members — for up to three works of art.

Juried by Crocker Art Museum Associate Curator Diana L. Daniels, the exhibit presents an opportunity for those interested in having their work on display with a diverse group of talented artists. Prizes will be announced as well.

The deadline is May 18. To enter, download the application form at pencegallery.org, or pick up a hard copy at the gallery. For more information, call (530) 758-3370.
