The NAMI-Yolo Family Support Group is for friends and caregivers of those suffering from severe mental illness. It meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month and offers a caring and confidential environment in which to share coping strategies and insights when faced with the challenges of mental illness in a family member. A trained NAMI-Yolo family member facilitates the group.
The next meeting is Wednesday, June 27, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the community room off the plaza at the César Chávez housing complex 1220 Olive Drive in Davis.
