Grace Valley Christian Academy hosts open house

By From page A5 | May 02, 2014

All are invited to Grace Valley Christian Academy’s community open house at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, at 27173 County Road 98 in West Davis.

The evening will include a program with information about the school, an all-student performance, classroom tours and light refreshments.

Grace Valley Christian Academy is in its 16th year of educating kindergarten through ninth-grade students from Davis, Dixon, Woodland, Winters and the surrounding region.

One distinctive facet of the academy is a team-teaching format. Students receive instruction not only from credentialed teachers at each grade level, but also from professionals highly trained in their fields, such as medical doctors, nurses, engineers, scientists and professors.

Grace Valley Christian Academy was voted “Best Private School in Yolo County” by Davis Enterprise readers in 2012, 2013 and 2014. The academy strives to keep its tuition rates affordable while fostering spiritual growth and excellence in academics. Small class sizes enable teachers to provide individualized education to the students.

Grace Valley Christian Academy is accepting enrollment applications for the 2014-15 school year and for its summer kindergarten readiness program, July 7-24.

Call the school office at 530-758-6590, or visit www.gracevalley.org/gvca for more information.
