Have a howling good time for a great cause at “The Big Haunted House of Fear,” benefiting the Yolo County Animal Services Shelter.

Bring the whole family to experience a spectacularly creepy, haunted house at Canyon Creek Resort in Winters, Highway 128 just before the dam, on Oct. 25-26 and 31 from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, also will feature a classic rock/country band.

Admission is $5, and $10 on the 26th. All proceeds will benefit the Yolo County Animal Shelter. For more information, call the shelter at 530-668-5287.
