‘InterPlay’ workshop set Sunday

The Center for Spiritual Living in Davis will offer a workshop Sunday morning on “InterPlay,” facilitated by Bobbie Bolden. It will run from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the north classroom at Congregation Bet Haverim, 1715 Anderson Road.

Bolden, a UC Davis professor emeritus of dance, has had a 30-plus-year career in dance — performing, teaching, choreographing, studying, directing and producing concerts and conferences.

She invites community members to deepen their spiritual practices in a light-hearted and joyous way. Through creativity and self-expression, she will teach participants how to connect to the inner body wisdom, access intuition, and affirm and experience oneness in community.

Movement, spoken word, song and improvisational techniques will be employed in this holistic approach to spirituality.

“Remember that play and fun are essential to well-being and wholeness,” a news release said.

Admission is free but donations of $5 to $10 will be accepted with gratitude. For registration and more information, contact Bolden at 530-632-0712 or [email protected].
