Kids, make an animal friend at art workshop

Children will explore color, shape and line while creating paper animals at a family art workshop from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Pence Gallery, 212 D St. in downtown Davis.

Kids will have fun designing animal friends using bold construction paper shapes and patterned fabric, under the guidance of artist Jennica Forrest.

The cost is $6 per person or $4 for Pence members. No RSVPs are necessary.
