Business cycle

Volunteers Jeff MacIlraith and Steve Boschken and Davis Chamber of Commerce Chairwoman Cary Arnold talk with Kevin Hein at his downtown shop Freewheeler Bicycle Center during the city-wide "Business Walk" Wednesday morning. Hein's shop is one of more than 150 businesses in Davis that were visited and surveyed by city officials and business leaders. Merchants were asked how business was going, the best part about doing business in the area and what could be done to improve business. The effort was led by the Sac Metro Chamber, the city of Davis and Davis Chamber to improve local economic prosperity. Sue Cockrell/Enterprise photo
