Sheila Allen, a candidate for Davis City Council, will meet with Davis voters to answer last-minute questions from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at Peet’s Coffee & Tea in The Marketplace, at Sycamore Lane and Covell Boulevard. Allen will discuss her positions on issues and listen to community input.

“Please do not throw away Sheila Allen-City Council lawn signs,” a news release said. “They will be picked up to be either re-used or re-purposed for school industrial technology projects.”

For sign pickup, email [email protected] or call 530-753-4551.

Allen, a public health nurse, is finishing her second term on the Davis Board of Education. She is executive director of the nonprofit Yolo Healthy Aging Alliance.

More details about Allen’s campaign platform can be found at www.sheilaallen.org or on her Facebook page (Sheila-Allen-For-City-Council).
