Sierra is a super-friendly 3- to 4-year-old purebred spayed female Rottweiler. Sierra is called a pocket Rottie because of her smaller stature. She loves to play, take long walks and curl up with her friends. Hank, an 8-year-old neutered male blue merle Australian shepherd, is a very calm and gentle boy who loves everyone and has an extremely sweet nature. Meet Sierra, Hank or some of the 50 other adoptable dogs between 8 and 11 a.m. Saturday at Rotts of Friends Animal Rescue. The venue is the 29 Palms Pet Resort, 34505 County Road 29 in Woodland, between Roads 94 and 95, a half-mile west of the Yolo County Airport. All dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped, current on shots and come with free lifetime obedience training classes.
