Sierra is a super-friendly 3- to 4-year-old purebred spayed female Rottweiler. Sierra is called a pocket Rottie because of her smaller stature. She loves to play, take long walks and curl up with her friends. Hank, an 8-year-old neutered male blue merle Australian shepherd, is a very calm and gentle boy who loves everyone and has an extremely sweet nature. Meet Sierra, Hank or some of the 50 other adoptable dogs between 8 and 11 a.m. Saturday at Rotts of Friends Animal Rescue. The venue is the 29 Palms Pet Resort, 34505 County Road 29 in Woodland, between Roads 94 and 95, a half-mile west of the Yolo County Airport. To see some of the many dogs available for adoption, visit RottsOfFriends.com. All dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped, current on shots and come with free lifetime obedience training classes. For more information, call Renee Lancaster at 530-681-1326 or leave a message at 530-661-0213. If Saturday doesn’t work for you, appointments are available for other days and times.
