Ziva is a 1- to 1 1/2-year-old spayed female purebred German shepherd who’s good-natured, loves people and plays well with other dogs. Squeek is a 4-month-old spayed female dalmatian/pit terrier cross who is a typical puppy — full of fun and lots of kisses. Her mom is small so she probably will be medium in size. She loves people, other dogs and is young enough to even get used to cats! They are two of many dogs that will be available for adoption from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday through Rotts of Friends Animal Rescue. The venus is the 29 Palms Pet Resort, 34505 County Road 29, between Roads 94 and 95, a half-mile west of the Yolo County Airport. For more dogs, visit www.RottsOfFriends.com. All available dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped, current on shots and come with free lifetime obedience training classes. For more information, call Renee Lancaster at 530-681-1326.
