Need a new best friend?

Kissie is a tiny 3-year-old spayed female purebred Chihuahua. She is very friendly and loves to be held and played with. Kissie was found with an eye injury that has healed now, but she lost the vision in that eye. She plays well with other dogs and would love to be someone’s new lap dog. Logan is a 10-month-old neutered male tri-colored purebred cattle dog who grew up with a loving family on a farm. But he couldn’t resist chasing the chickens so he’s looking for a new non-chicken-owning family. He’s very sweet and an easy boy to have around. He also plays great with other dogs. Come meet Kissie, Logan and many other dogs looking for homes during Rotts of Friends Animal Rescue’s adoption event from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at 29 Palms Pet Resort, 34505 County Road 29 in Woodland. The venue is between Roads 94 and 95, a half-mile west of the Yolo County Airport. All available dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped, current on shots and come with free lifetime obedience training classes. For more information, call Renee Lancaster at 530-681-1326 or visit www.RottsOfFriends.com.
