Ashley is a 3-year-old spayed female Papillon/Cavalier King Charles spaniel. She has the long fringed butterfly-like hair on her ears typical of the Papillon and a silky tri-colored coat. She loves playing with other dogs and is very sweet and friendly. Angel is a 1- to 1 1/2-year-old spayed female purebred Rottweiler. She is very people-friendly and a good-natured little girl who is full of puppy energy. Angel will be a small to medium-sized Rottie and would do best in a single-dog household. Come meet them and some of the 50 other dogs who need good homes during Rotts of Friends Animal Rescue’s adoption event from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday. The venue is the 29 Palms Pet Resort, 34505 County Road 29 in Woodland, between Roads 94 and 95, a half-mile west of the Yolo County Airport. All dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped, current on shots and come with free lifetime obedience training classes. For more information, call Renee Lancaster at 530-681-1326 or leave a message at 530-661-0213, or visit RottsOfFriends.com. If Saturday doesn’t work for you, appointments are available for other days and times.
