Pixie Stix is a tiny 4- to 5-year-old spayed female purebred miniature pinscher, otherwise known as a min pin. She has a very gentle nature and loves to snuggle with her people friends. Pixie plays well with other dogs. Bravo is a handsome 10-month-old neutered male purebred Rottweiler. He is a sweet boy who is very people-friendly. Bravo plays well with female dogs. He’s still just a big pup who loves to run around and play with everything and everybody. Come meet them and some of the 50 other dogs looking for homes at Rotts of Friends Animal Rescue’s adoption event from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday. The venue is the 29 Palms Pet Resort, 34505 County Road 29 in Woodland, between Roads 94 and 95, a half-mile west of the Yolo County Airport. All dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped, current on shots and come with free lifetime obedience training classes. For more information, call Renee Lancaster at 530-681-1326 or leave a message at 530-661-0213, or visit www.RottsOfFriends.com. If Saturday doesn’t work for you, appointments are available for other days and times.
