Dotty is a beautiful, sweet and gentle spayed female 4-year-old purebred Dalmatian. Stanley, a 10-week-old Labrador/pit bull mix, is “absolutely adorable,” volunteers say, and loves everyone and everything. Both dogs are great with kids, play well with other dogs and would make great family pets. Come and meet the many dogs that will be available for adoption from 7 to 11 a.m. Saturday through Rotts of Friends Animal Rescue at 29 Palms Pet Resort, 34505 County Road 29 in Woodland. The resort is between County Roads 94 and 95, a half-mile west of the Yolo County Airport. All of the dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped, current on their shots and come with free lifetime obedience training classes. For more information, call Renee Lancaster at 530-681-1326 or leave a message at 530-661-0213. If Saturday doesn’t work for you, appointments are available for other days and times.
