New rose garden bricks will be dedicated

New bricks in the rose garden next to the Hattie Weber Museum of Davis will be dedicated in a ceremony at 2 p.m. Saturday. Brick purchasers will be invited to deliver brief remarks about the people they have honored with bricks.

Following the dedication, there will be a reception with light refreshments in the museum. An updated exhibit honoring mothers, grandmothers and other extraordinary woman will be available for viewing. The public is invited.

The Hattie Weber Museum is at 445 C St., at the northeast corner of Central Park. Regular hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays. Admission is free, but donations are accepted with gratitude.
