Readers are welcome at the ongoing Active Older Adult Discussion Group, which meets from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday in the Blanchard Room at the Stephens Branch Library, 315 E. 14th St. in Davis.

The group meets regularly on the second Thursday of each month. On Nov. 8, participants will hear about the recent Sage-ing International Conference and view a portion of a film clip featuring Rabbi Zalman Schacter, founder of the movement.

No reservations are required for the free program. The Blanchard Room is accessible for people with disabilities. For more information, contact Joan Tuss 530-757-5588 or joan.tuss@yolocounty.org.
