The research project was conducted to evaluate the comparative benefits of active surveillance in contrast to radical prostatectomy for low-risk prostate cancer patients.
Considerations before undergoing a prostate biopsy also will be discussed.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the first-floor conference room at the Sutter Medical Foundation building, 2030 Sutter Place in West Davis. Admission is free.
