Prostate cancer survivors discuss their experiences

Men who were diagnosed with prostate cancer will gather on Monday, July 8, to describe their treatment choices, the decisions they made and their resultant experiences.

The discussion will be hosted by the Yolo Prostate Cancer Support Group, which includes more than 70 prostate cancer survivors, some of whom were diagnosed as long as 20 years ago.

Newly diagnosed men, their family members and friends are invited to attend the 7 p.m. gathering at the Woodland Community & Senior Center, 2001 East St., a half-mile south of County Fair Mall in Woodland.
