Mother Nature made her presence known Thursday night at the Downtown Davis Holiday Open House, raining on the Children’s Parade but failing to dampen the attendees’ holiday spirits. The evening also included music, “Grinch” screenings, horse-drawn carriage rides and, of course, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
