Local authors will read from the latest edition of the Farallon Review literary journal Friday as part of the Davis Art Center’s Second Friday ArtAbout reception.

The reception, from 7 to 9 p.m. at 1919 F St., also features a display of paintings by Sondra Olson, now on view at the Art Center, which were published alongside the short stories and poems in the Farallon Review.

The reading will feature novelist Elena Mauli Shapiro, short story writer Sue Staats and poet Dorine Jennette.

More information about the Farallon Review is available at www.farallonreview.com.
