Erie Vitiello, event coordinator, and guest judge Dan Wolk look at Team Morse during Friday night’s judging of the Junk 2 Genius competition — a team sculpting competition using recycled and reclaimed materials at the Davis Art Center, 1919 F St. Morse earned the Best Craftmanship award for their efforts. Additional awards went to Davis Healthcare (Most Flamboyant), Explorit (Most of this World), ACE (Sweetest Ride), Davis Patch (Best Community Spirit), Boy Scouts (Duct Tape award), Team Davis (Most Original), Odd Fellows (Best Interpretation of Theme) and Pacific McGeorge (Most Unusual Secret Weapon).
