Roses are topic for Davis Flower Arrangers

The Davis Flower Arrangers will meet at International House, 10 College Park, for their first monthly meeting of the new year at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4. The program will be devoted to roses and the speaker will be Pat Murray from the Woodland Library Rose Club.

Murray will discuss the various types of roses and their care in our area. It is pruning time, and the ways you can influence your plant’s growth by how you prune will be part of the program that will follow a brief business meeting at 7 p.m.
