The Knights Landing Family Resource Center has a new look, both inside and out, thanks to the Davis Sunrise Rotary Club.

More than 30 Davis Rotarians helped transform the center over the past two weekends. The building is home to organizations offering assistance to Knights Landing residents.

The Yolo Family Resource Center organization uses the building to provide a place for any family to go for help and get the information they need, at one stop. The building also houses a day care center, and Clínica Tepati from UC Davis conducts a medical clinic every third Sunday.

Over two weekends, the Davis Rotarians helped install new flooring and painted the exterior of the building. The Rotarians donated funds and provided labor for the project.

In addition to the Sunrise Rotary Club’s contributions, Tom Monley at The Carpet Dealer and
Brooks Painting donated to the community effort.
