Saturday is Doogie Day

Come join the fun at Doogie Day at Pet Extreme in Woodland on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and meet Doogie, the rescue dog featured in area newspapers and on TV when he was found barely alive. Now, Doogie is a happy and healthy 10-month-old neutered male mastiff mix. Doogie is an obedience school graduate, plays well with other dogs and loves to chase a ball.

Dwight is a cuddly 1-year-old neutered male poodle mix who can’t wait to curl up in your lap. He also loves hanging out with other dogs and would make a great family pet.

Doogie and Dwight plus many other adoptable dogs of all ages and breeds will be at Pet Extreme, 2091 Bronze Star Drive in Woodland, next to Costco, on Saturday. All dogs are spayed or neutered, healthy, microchipped and current on their shots, and come with free lifetime obedience training classes.

For more information, call Renee Lancaster at 530-681-1326 or leave a message at 530-661-0213. If Saturday doesn’t work for you, appointments are available for other days and times.
