Hardship is not what the district told the voters when the stadium was under discussion.

We just received our high school student’s 4th quarter report card Friday, July1 and still have not received the report card for our child at Emerson. My understanding was teachers had to have final grades in soon after school ended. Do you know anything about the hold-up?
