Family fun planned at Holy Rosary Fall Festival

By From page B3 | September 27, 2012

The annual Holy Rosary Fall Festival will take place from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at the school grounds, 505 California St. in Woodland. Lots of family fun is planned, including games, food, prizes, a raffle, a dessert booth and a beer garden for adults.

Smokey D’s BBQ restaurant is cooking dinner, which will be served from 3 to 6 p.m. and is available for dine-in or take-out. The dinner includes two chicken quarters, coleslaw, beans and a roll. Dinner tickets may be purchased for $12 each at the school office during regular school hours (8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).

For more information, call the Holy Rosary School office at 530-662-3494. All proceeds from the Fall Festival benefit the school, established in Woodland in 1886.
