Los Rios college board plans redistricting meetings
The Los Rios Community College District Board of Trustees will host a series of public meetings as part of its redistricting process.
The district consists of seven board areas, which together cover most of Sacramento and El Dorado counties as well as the cities of Davis and West Sacramento.
To receive public comments and suggestions concerning changes in the boundaries of trustee areas, the following meetings — all at 7 p.m. — have been scheduled:
* July 5 at Sacramento City College, Lillard Hall Room 205, 3835 Freeport Blvd., Sacramento;
* July 6 at the West Sacramento Center, Room 115, 1115 W. Capitol Ave., West Sacramento;
* July 12, at the Natomas Center, Room 101, 2421 Del Paso Road, Sacramento;
* July 14 at American River College, Raef Hall, Room 161, 4700 College Oak Drive, Sacramento;
* July 19 at Cosumnes River College, Science Building, Room 106, 8401 Center Parkway, Sacramento; and
* July 21 at Folsom Lake College, Community Room, FL120, 10 College Parkway, Folsom.
