Transition Fair scheduled for special ed teens

The Yolo County Special Education Local Plan Area and Woodland Community College will host the 16th annual Transition Fair for high school students with special needs and their families who are interested in planning for their student’s transition to adult living.┬áCommunity agency representatives will be on hand for presentations and questions.

The event will run from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday in Building 800 at Woodland Community College, 2300 E. Gibson Road. Admission and parking are free, but do not park in faculty designated spaces.
