Anyone interested in aging with good health and a positive attitude is invited to participate in the Active Older Adult Book Group at the Stephens Branch Library. The group meets from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday, March 8, in the Blanchard Room at the library, 315 E. 14th St.

Participants are invited to bring materials they find helpful related to aging with good health and a positive attitude, including having a healthy body and lifestyle, an active mind and a positive attitude.

These materials may include an article, book, movie, poem editorial, op-ed piece, newspaper column or letter to the editor.

No reservations are required and the program is free. The Blanchard Room is accessible for people with disabilities. For more information, contact Joan Tuss (530) 757-5588 or [email protected].
