Imagine tasting the best offerings of 26 local restaurants wineries and breweries, but on one evening, under one roof. That’s what awaits ticket holders for A Taste of Davis, which runs from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at the Odd Fellows Hall, 415 Second St. in downtown Davis.
Participating vendors include Paesanos, Seasons, Renaissance Vineyards, Applebee’s, Dos Coyotes, Route 3 Wines, Osteria Fasulo, Seka Hills Wines, Hunan Restaurant, Berryessa Gap Winery, Caffe Italia and its Brick Oven Pizza, the Davis Farmers Market, the Davis Food Co-op, Sudwerk, Nugget Markets, Zindagi Bistro, Woodstocks, Z Specialty Foods, California Vintage Olive Oil, Senders Wines, Berryessa Brewery, Ding How, Putah Creek Wines, Sundstrom Hill Winery, Our House Restaurant and Lounge and Maria’s Cantina.
Tickets are $40 per person, available at Avid Reader Active, 605 Second St., and at the door.
“We have two floors of the Odd Fellows Lodge jam-packed with food, wine and beer — all available to our guests for over two hours of sampling, tasting and enjoying,” said event co-chair Lea Rosenberg. “One price of $40 gets you access to 26 different purveyors of fine food and beverages. What a bargain!”
A significant portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to the Food Bank of Yolo County.
