Teen dance set for Friday

The city of Davis Teen Program is hosting a Winter Dance from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, at the Veterans’ Memorial Center, 203 E. 14th St.
The dance is open to all seventh-, eighth- and ninth-graders. Tickets are $8 and may be purchased online at http://community-services.cityofdavis.org (search for activity number 515434). You must have an online account set up to purchase tickets online.

Tickets also may be purchased at the Community Services Office, 600 A St., Suite C. A completed 2013-14 teen program waiver must be on file or in hand (available at www.davisteenscene.org) to attend. There are a limited number of tickets and dances often sell out. Any tickets that may remain will be sold at the door.

The dance will include a DJ, snack bar, a game room with video games, board games and cards. The event is supervised by the city of Davis recreation staff. There are no in-and-out privileges for participants.
