Tickets on sale for Breakfast with the Bunny
Tickets are on sale now for the annual Breakfast with the Bunny, sponsored by the city of Davis and the Davis Food Co-op. The breakfast will take place from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, April 9, at the Veterans’ Memorial Center, 203 E. 14th St. in Davis.
Following the breakfast, everyone is invited to bring their fancy hats, bikes, wagons and scooters to join the Cal Aggie Marching Band-uh and costumed characters in the Spring Hop Around the Block.
The parade leaves from the Veterans’ Memorial Canter and hops its way around the block, ending at 14th Street where an “Eggstravaganza” of fun will await. Activities include an egg hunt, face painting and bean bag toss.
Tickets, at $9.50 each, include a continental breakfast provided by the Davis Food Co-op and a passport to the “Eggstravaganza” for the children. Participants may want to bring a camera, as the Bunny will be available for pictures.
All children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Breakfast tickets are available by advance purchase only at the city’s Community Services Department or at the Davis Food Co-op, 620 G St.
