Tour Grace Valley Christian Academy on Wednesday

By
From page A7 | May 05, 2013 |

All are invited to Grace Valley Christian Academy’s community open house at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at 27173 County Road 98 in West Davis.

The evening will include a special program with information about the school, an all-student performance, classroom tours and light refreshments.

Grace Valley Christian Academy is in its 15th year of educating kindergarten through ninth-grade students from Davis, Dixon, Woodland, Winters and the surrounding region.

One distinctive facet of GVCA is its team-teaching format. Students receive instruction not only from credentialed teachers at each grade level, but also from professionals such as medical doctors, nurses, engineers, scientists and professors.

GVCA was voted “Best Private School in Yolo County” in 2012 and 2013 in the Davis Enterprise Readers’ Choice contest. The academy strives to keep its tuition rates affordable while fostering spiritual growth and excellence in academics. Small class sizes enable teachers to provide individualized education to the students.

GVCA is accepting enrollment applications for the 2013–14 school year, and for its summer kindergarten readiness program, July 8-25.

Call the school office at 530-758-6590, or visit www.gracevalley.org/gvca for more information.
