The Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing at UC Davis will host Healthy Life Planning, a community event for people from all backgrounds and family styles to learn more about life planning, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, June 26. The free luncheon event will take place at the UCD MIND Institute, 2825 50th St. in Sacramento.

The event includes information on advance health care directives, retirement and estate planning as well as a keynote speaker, expert panel discussion and a celebration of the one-year anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling of the Defense of Marriage Act as unconstitutional.
