Alzheimer’s Center to host caregivers workshop

The UC Davis Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center will hold a free workshop for those caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 9. The event will take place in the UC Davis MIND Institute auditorium, 2825 50th St. in Sacramento.

Charles DeCarli, director of the Alzheimer’s center; Ladson Hinton, director of the UCD Latino Aging Research Resource Center; and Glen Xiong, professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences; are among those scheduled to speak.
