7:30 to 9:30 a.m.: Cal Aggie Alumni Association pancake breakfast, Freeborn Hall (cost: $10 members, $15 nonmembers, $8 children)

9 a.m.: Opening ceremony at the grandstand on North Quad Avenue, across from Wickson Hall

9:30 a.m.: Parade begins at the grandstand and winds its way through campus and downtown. Other announcement stages will be at Shields Avenue on the Quad, across from the library; at Second and D streets; at 216 F St. in front of PDQ; and at Third and C streets

10 a.m.: Chemistry Magic Show, Rock Hall (formerly 194 Chemistry); four shows planned, ticket giveaway begins at 9 a.m.

12:10 p.m.: Physics Show, 66 Roessler Hall, three shows planned, ticket giveaway begins 9 a.m.

1 p.m.: Doxie Derby, ARC Pavilion; Disc Dogs of the Golden Gate, Hutchison Field; baseball versus Long Beach State, Dobbins Baseball Complex (tickets on sale for $5-$12 at the UC Davis Ticket Office website or by calling 530-752-AGS1); Fashion Show, Freeborn Hall (tickets on sale in advance for $3 to $5 from UCD Ticket Office online or by phone)

2-10 p.m.: Battle of the Bands, Lake Spafford in the Arboretum

7:30 p.m.: Davis Dance Revolution, traditional and modern dance competition, Freeborn Hall, (tickets on sale for $7-$15 at the UCD Ticket Office online or by phone)
